Curso absolutamente personalizado:

Horario-tipo
No hay dos días iguales pero sí podemos establecer un horario-tipo:
9am – Desayuno
10am – Clases de español
12pm – Actividad o taller al aire libre (opcional) / Tiempo de estudio
2pm – Comida
3pm – Excursión por los alrededores.
7.30pm –Repaso de lo aprendido y dudas.
8.30 pm – Cena / Visita a una Bodega del Arlanza.

Fechas de Inicio
Cuatro noches: Empiezan cada lunes del año, excepto festivos.
Tres noches: De lunes a jueves o de martes a viernes. Todo el año excepto festivos.

Para la realización del curso debe haber un mínimo de 3 alumnos y un máximo de 12.

Precios de Matrícula
Cuatro noches: En habitación doble (precio para 2 personas): 1.012€
En habitación individual: 582€
Tres noches: En habitación doble (precio para 2 personas): 794€
En habitación individual: 454€

Estas tarifas incluyen:
1. 3 o 4 noches de hospedaje y desayuno
2. 9 horas (estancias de 3 noches) o 12 horas (estancias de 4 noches) de clases de español
3. Los costes de todas las actividades, talleres, excursiones. Para la visita al Museo de la Evolución y los yacimientos de Atapuerca se pide un extra de 56€ que incluye la comida.
4. Desplazamientos en furgoneta o turismo
5. 2 comidas de elaboración casera al día
6. muchas horas de conversación en un ambiente distendido y familiar con españoles nativos.
7. IVA

No tenemos gastos de reserva, administración, ni ningún otro impuesto en letra pequeña. Los precios anteriores es el precio final, con todos los impuestos incluidos.
Esta tarifa no incluye, billetes de avión. Es importante que los alumnos compren su billete con cierta antelación y nos lo notifiquen cuanto antes para poder coordinar mejor su recogida.
Para reservar una plaza se debe abonar el 50% del curso, por transferencia bancaria al número de cuenta que se le notificará cuando soliciten la reserva.

Transporte al aeropuerto de Madrid para la ida o la vuelta: 80€ (40€ cada trayecto). Para Burgos: 40€ (20€ un trayecto)

CONDICIONES DE CONTRATACIÓN

Por favor, tómese su tiempo para leer detenidamente estas condiciones antes de hacer su reserva. Si necesitara cualquier aclaración, no dude en ponerse en contacto con nosotros.

1. La reserva estará formalizada una vez que se haya rellenado y recibamos el formulario de reserva, les enviemos la confirmación de la existencia del curso y se ingrese el 30% del curso por adelantado. Hasta que no se confirme este ingreso no consideramos el curso contratado.

2. El resto del importe del curso (70%) se pagará una semana antes del inicio del curso.

3. Los costes de cancelación son los siguientes:
Si el curso se cancela dentro del mes anterior a su inicio - perderá todo derecho a recuperar esa cantidad.
Si el curso se cancela antes del mes anterior a su inicio - el dinero adelantado le será devuelto restando el 25% por gastos de gestión.

Si la anulación es por enfermedad u otra causa asegurada cooperaremos con las preguntas que su compañía de seguros pueda tener.

4. Todos los pagos se harán por transferencia bancaria (se les darán todos los detalles en la factura pro-forma que se les envíe). Es su responsabilidad asegurarse de que el ingreso se haga efectivo en el tiempo que se establece en este escrito. Los gastos por transferencia corren por cuenta del alumno.

5. Las facturas se emitirán a nombre de la persona/empresa que rellena el cuestionario de reserva salvo que se notifique lo contrario a través de e-mail o correo postal.

6. Los cursos de cinco días (cuatro noches) comienzan los lunes por la tarde, a partir de las 17.00 y terminan el siguiente viernes por la mañana. Los cursos de cuatro días (tres noches) pueden ser de lunes a jueves o de martes a viernes. Si lo desean pueden retrasar su salida a última hora de la tarde del último día.
Es su responsabilidad cuadrar su transporte teniendo en cuenta estos horarios. Nosotros no gestionamos vuelos ni tramitamos reservas para su transporte de ida o vuelta a España. Sí ofrecemos un servicio de recogida en Burgos o Madrid.

7. La tarifa del curso incluye el hospedaje y pensión completa para los días que dure el curso, las clases de español que se impartan en el curso contratado y el transporte de las excursiones y entradas a museos. Si desean que se les recoja o deje en Madrid o Burgos deben notificarnos la hora y lugar de llegada. Si sufrieran cualquier tipo de retraso deben avisarnos inmediatamente por teléfono (llamada o SMS) a +34 667470680. Si no nos informan de esto y nuestro representante va en su busca, no se les devolverá el pago por desplazamiento y no habrá una segunda posibilidad de recogida salvo que se vuelvan a pagar los costes de estos trayectos.

8. Es su deber contratar un seguro personal para su viaje a España que cubra cancelaciones o abandono del curso por enfermedad u otras razones, retraso en sus vuelos, pérdida de equipaje, enfermedad o accidente con asistencia médica y/o ingreso hospitalario durante su estancia. Esto es un requisito imprescindible para la contratación de todos los cursos. CTR Puentedura SL no se hace responsable de ningún accidente o contratiempo que pudiera tener durante su estancia en el curso.

9. Las quejas se harán directamente a nosotros para que podamos atenderlas adecuadamente.

10. El contrato de los cursos está sujeto al Derecho español. Los conflictos o controversias que puedan surgir en relación con el curso contratado se someterán a arbitraje (de derecho) ante los juzgados de la ciudad de Burgos.

Spanish Immersion and Language Classes
*Small groups.
*Spanish classes will meet 3 hours a day. Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced Levels of Spanish instruction are offered and allow students to receive individual attention to fulfill their learning needs. Every course involves some work on pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary, speaking, listening, reading and writing.
*You will also be learning Spanish through outdoors activities that fit your interests.
*Highly qualified native Spanish teachers with great enthusiasm and experience.
*The linguistic immersion method will give you ample opportunities to practice the Spanish you are learning while staying at Sabinares del Arlanza.

A Typical Day
With so much to learn and do and see, every day is different. However, an average daily schedule would look something like this:
9am – Breakfast
10am - Spanish Classes
12pm – Outdoors activity (optional) /Study time
2pm – Lunch
3pm - Day trip to nearby destination
7.30pm –Language Review and Doubts
8.30 pm – Dinner/Visit to a Ribera del Arlanza Winery

This fee includes:
1. 3 or 4 nights lodging
2. 9 (3 night-stay) or 12 (4 night-stay) hours of Spanish classes
3. All the costs generated by the different activities and tours. However, the trip to visit the archaeological site of Atapuerca, the Cathedral of Burgos and The Museum of Human Evolution carries an extra cost of 56€, which includes the meal.

6. daily dialogue with friendly, native Spanish speakers in a family-style environment

Please note that we do not charge booking fees, administration fees or any additional hidden fees. The prices above are the prices you pay, all taxes included.
As with most Spanish-abroad programs, this fee does not include airfare. It is very important that students purchase their plane tickets for the designated dates as the price of tuition includes transportation to and from the airport.
A deposit of 50% is due when you sign up to reserve your space in the program.
Prices are valid for courses from now until 31 December 2012 or until further notice.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please take the time to carefully read our terms and conditions before booking your course with us. If you are unclear regarding any matter please do not hesitate to contact us.

1. No course will be reserved until a fully completed Booking Form is sent by you, the following written confirmation is answered by us that a proposed course is available and until the 30% deposit/balance has been received and accepted by us.

2. The rest of the course fee will be paid one week before the start date.

3. Cancellation charges are as follows:
Within 1 month of course start date - 100% of course deposit fee is charged
1 month and over - 25% is charged for administration costs

Where cancellation is due to illness or other insurable reason we will co-operate with any reasonable inquiries your insurer may have.

4. All payments must be made by Bank Transfer (Full details will be provided on your invoice). It is your responsibility to ensure that full payment arrives within the appropriate time.
Payment may only be made by Bank Transfer (including all bank costs) ensuring that the full Euro amount of the course is received in our bank without any deductions.

5. Invoices will be addressed to the person/company and at the address named on the Booking Form unless we are requested in writing (via e-mail or posted) to do otherwise.

6. Five-days-courses (four nights) start on Monday evening after 17.00 and finish on the following Friday morning. Four-days-course (three nights) may be from Monday to Thursday or Tuesday to Friday. If you wish, you may depart late on the afternoon or evening of the last day.
It is your responsibility to make your travel arrangements on this basis. We do not arrange flights or make reservations for your transportation to and from Spain. We do offer transportation to or from Burgos or Madrid.

7. Course fees include full board and accommodation for the course duration, tuition for the days booked and all the transport and museum fees. If airport transfers are needed then it is your responsibility to properly advise us of your arrival time at Madrid Airport. If your flight is delayed for any reason you must advise us immediately by phonecall or SMS to +34 667470680. If you don't contact us and our representative travels to the airport then a second pick-up will not be possible and the amount paid by you will not be refunded.

8. It is your responsibility to arrange adequate personal insurance for your trip to Spain to include cancellation or curtailment of your trip due to your illness or other reason, flight delays, loss of baggage and illness or accident necessitating medical assistance and/or hospital admission during your course. Possession of adequate insurance is a prerequisite for all courses. No liability shall attach to Immersion arising out of any accident or mishap you may have during your course.

9. Complaints must be notified to us immediately so that we may address them properly.

10. All contractual matters concerning your course booking will be subject to the laws and jurisdiction of the courts of the city of Burgos.
